We are located at 2117 Fourth Street in Berkeley between Addison and Alston. Parking space is available on the premises.
If you a taking public transporation, the 51A AC Transit bus will drop you off at the bottm of University Avenue. From there walk two blocks south on Fourth and you will find us on the left side of the street.
Look for Suite C.
We sincerely respect your deadlines. We will refund or credit all or part of your charges in the event of any delayed delivery due to an error on our part. Our on-time guarantee is void when you request changes of any kind between the placement of the order and the predetermined delivery time.
In order to ensure quality output, we offer to all our first time clients complimentary and very specific to our line of work technical support. We cannot, however be a substitute for official support services offered by your software manufacturers.
All reorders and remakes are billed as new orders. We cannot guarantee exact color matching between output done at different time intervals.
We handle your originals with the utmost care possible. However, by submitting your original artwork to us, you agree not to hold Canterbury Media Services, Inc. and/or its agents liable for any damages or loss to your original artwork, film, negative, transfer media or loss of electronic files, for any reason. The acceptance by Canterbury Media Services, Inc. of original materials is without warranty or liability, and recovery for any incidental or consequential damages is excluded.
The purchaser is fully responsible for obeying the United States copyright laws. Canterbury Media Services, Inc. will not violate federal copyright laws. By submitting your artwork to us, physically or electronically, you agree to release us and hold us harmless from any claims, actions, or liability resulting from our reproduction of any originals you supply us with and for any purpose.
We ship all our orders with FedEx.
Canceled orders are charged for all labor and materials comple ted and used up to the point of cancellation.
We can rush the majority our services to meet your most demanding deadlines. Additional charges up to 300% of the original price may apply to your order.
Payment is due when you place your order. Net 30 accounts are available to companies with monthly purchases of at least $500.00 over a 90 day period. Credit limits vary. Discounted orders, including negotiated prices, orders discounted for resale or for educational and nonprofit organizations, are due upon completion of the order.
